Office Authority provides its customers with next day delivery through our delivery personnel or through a second party carrier such as UPS or Fed Ex.

Order Placement Times
If orders are delivered by Office Authority delivery personnel, orders must be placed by 5:00 PM Central Standard Time. Some locations may deliver by UPS or Fed Express, therefore, orders must be placed by 2:00 PM Central Standard Time.

Product Availability
Office Authority strives to have product available for next day delivery. In the event that a product is temporarily unavailable, we will let you know. Most of these items will be delivered to you within a few business days.

Printing
Printing normally takes 5-7 business days to be completed and delivered to you.

Furniture
Furniture is typically delivered the next business day if is a stocked item. Special order furniture items are delivered to you within 3-4 weeks depending on manufacturer schedules.

PO Boxes on Orders
Office Authority is not able to make deliveries to post office boxes. Please ensure that we have the physical address of your location.

Emergency Same Day Delivery
If you need something delivered the same day you place an order, please call us at 817-877-4321. We will make every effort to ensure that your needs are met. Please note that a small fuel charge may be attached.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with one of our products for any reason, feel free to return it within 25 days after purchase. Please fill out the following Returns Form and submit it electronically to begin the return process.
